Store on gunbroker...explains comments and edits them.

"Furthermore, it is unlawful to sell a firearm to someone that is mentally defective, so if you live in Kalifornia I will not sell this pistol to you, so don't bid."

People like that just bug me.

Attention California Customers: Our longstanding policy barring shipment to California has changed. We realize that CA gun owners are in a tough position - essentially behind enemy lines - and we are going to do our best to keep supplies shipping in. We realize that by our refusing to ship to CA, the gun-grabbers are getting exactly what they want. So we are going to join with the CA gun owners in giving a big middle finger to the bad laws and to the politicians that make them by keeping the guns flowing as fast as we can.

If you live in CA and you want to purchase an item, email us before you bid and let us know so that we can best serve your needs!

LOL. A lot of FFL's that sell on Gunbroker are refusing to sell to Californians as of July 1.

Now on that site I use the smart search feature and will only buy from someone in California.

Oh come on, you guys are pissing and moaning as if reducing out of state firearms sales to California civilians wasn't the main goal of the whole thing.

Funny, I taught the same thing. I really don't blame the person. The gun laws are so confusing/complicated here that not even our DA's know the gun laws. If I was a seller and lived out side of CA, I would be hesitant to sell to someone in CA as well. Hopefully time will change our stupid gun laws.

I'd bid on it anyway and when he responds with no California sales, I'd blame in on my mental defect.

I have no issues with someone who says between our laws and rules its too much to deal with and puts "Im sorry, please no sales to residents of CA"

But to say we are mentally defective because we live here just bugs.
