I play Xbox, I'm using the muscles in my trigger finger, racing games are the best as you have to apply varying ammounts of pressure . this is the lie I tell myself anyway.....ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

Just plain old dry firing. Use a snap cap if you're concerned about damaging the gun and triple check that the gun is cleared. Make sure there is no ammunition in the room. Then do disciplined, careful trigger presses -- making sure that there is no movement of the sights. Concentrate fully on each press of the trigger."It is long been a principle of ours that one is no more armed because he has possession of a firearm than he is a musician because he owns a piano. How does the device work?
Does it break like a trigger?
Do you have a point of reference so you know you are keeping your hand tight but not moving the sights?
Still waiting on an xbox/ ps game that uses the 6 axis sensors to move the sights and shots when the player yanks the trigger.Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

Just basic finger strengthening exercises, which indirectly help with trigger controlHow does the device work?

I race RC cars and use a trigger for accelerating and braking… with my off hand. My off hand trigger control is as good as my dominant hand.
Not a cheap way to improve it though...Host of the FAST OC podcast.Comment

Use something like a Gripmaster for finger strengthening. You can get them pretty much anywhere - music stores, REI, Amazon... The Captains of Crush finger grippers are also quite good for improving your finger strength.
But nothing beats actually using your trigger to practice trigger control. Nothing will break the same.Comment

+1 on Gripmaster.
A strong grip gives you a smooth, steady trigger pull, it also trains you to move your trigger finger without moving the other fingers (sympathetic movements)
