    Glock Dremel job!

Hey guys not quite sure where to post this but, anyone else familiar with how much material needs to be taken off with the dremel? The area is under the trigger guard right where your middle finger would meet. I need a little more extra space under there to feel more comfortable!

Heres a video where the job is mentioned. Its noted at 2:58

It would be the amount needed by you to feel comfortable...

The Dremel is an instrument of the Devil. It should best be left to other jobs than a modifying a fine firearm lest it lead you into Damnation.

If you absolutely, f*ck it all, must apply this fiendish device to an inoffensive gun that never did you any harm then take your time. Like 2 or 3 hours to take off an eighth of an inch of materiel. And have an open Bible and a crucifix on the table beside you.

It's a near certainty that you will remove too much of what can never be put back and you'll stick that poor innocent gun in the back of the gun safe where no one can view your shame.

        You have been warned.

Pro-tip: use a half-round file. File a bit, and see how it feels. Repeat until you've got the gun how you want it.

Wrap sand paper around a sharpie and go slowly.

How many Glocks are you willing to scrap before getting it right?

If the answer is 0 don't use a dremel tool, use sandpaper around a pencil or a fine file

                        Yes, good point.

But it doesn't stop with Glocks. If you start Dremelling Glocks, who knows where it will lead. Abomination. Iniquity. Fornication. Masturbation. All manner of degradation and mischief.

Man I knew woke up one morning holding his mutilated Python and a burnt out Dremmel tool that smelled of brimstone. That Dremmel was Laughing at him!! I'm telling you it was worse than the Exorcist.

You guys tell this boy to leave that Devil Dremmel alone.

I took a dremel to exactly where OP is describing on my own Glock 22.

Came out really well, looks as if it was factory produced as such.

If you don't have experience using a dremel, I'd practice on something you don't care about/inexpensive first... like a BB gun.

Easy does it. Use sandpaper wrapped around a file (course - medium - fine) to polish it off/bevel edges.
