    Turner's is great!

Never been to the one in San Marcos until today. Very well stocked and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating! While not specifically a gun store, this literally had to be the best gun shopping experience I've had.

Turners gets knocked around a lot here by members, but, I can honestly say that every trip I've made to Turners for a hand gun purchase has taken less than a half hour, from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out

I've never had any issues with their employees, never been told any FUD, or tried to be redirected on a sale...of course, I always go in, already knowing what I'm interested in, having done my own research, told them what I want, and, let's get the paperwork started

Plus, the particular model I was interested in, at the time, was always at least $50.00 cheaper there, then anywhere else...if anyone else even had it

So, I'm ok with Turners, bought my M&P Sport 15 from them a few months back, my Beretta 92FS last year, and, my Beretta Cheetah over 15 years ago

Shopping for a firearm is kind of like shopping for a new car...you do your homework, all the research on what you're interested in, then, the only thing left is where you can get your best deal

I've had mixed experiences with Turners. I live by the one in San Marcos and I've bought 2 pistols there. First one went smooth, the second one the guy behind the counter forgot to run my DROS.

Was just there yesterday morning as well. Never had a problem with anyone working there. Always polite and helpful.

The Temecula location is really nice as well.

Good customer service but not a big fan of a few of their policies in the past. I still like shopping there

San Marcos is GTG. Kinda wish they'd have some sort of training for the staff re inquiries of recent purchases in front of a guy's wife!

I wrote off the one in Kearny Mesa for years because of some d'bag slaesprk. Started going back a couple years ago and they have really changed. Good people and a couple of the counter girls there are just too damn cute!

As much as we all want that friendly mom and pop feel remember Turners is a retail chain. That said, I've purchased pistols, lowers, and transfers there without any issue whatsoever.

Turner's in general is ok, if u know exactly what u want and they have it in stock with a good price then ur GTG..don't ask them for specials etc...don't ask stupid questions etc..and don't keep calling them, they don't go beyond the basics when it comes to bare-bones service

Turner's has always been good by me, since the early eighties in Reseda.

Funny as I have written off San Marcos as the management there in the past has been a bunch of azz-hats. Kearny Mesa is good to deal with though.
