    DELAY BLUES?? Anyone?

My gun collection over the years is huge. I purchased 5 rifles , 2 different gun stores no problem. Went to buy an ar-pistol to from another shop... Now my *** has been on delay 20 days.

Confronted the shop today, normally real cool people, today though ****ers were treating me like a criminal cuz i'm on delay. Can't order guns, can't touch guns etc etc

    What is this bull****??!!!!

Can't touch guns? Dang. They should know about these delays and not be treating you like a prohibited person.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah man, generally all smiles with me... Shunned the hell outta me today... They wouldn't even let my wife buy an ak pistol cuz they think we live in same household even though we have multiple households and different addresses on our ID's. Real dissappointed. How long does this **** take for delay to go off... I'm clean,.... They were treating me like denied status wtf!!! Hahaha ****! There acting real scary ??? Talkin to me about lax shooting, this that shooting? I dont give a ****... Whats that got to do with me. I'm an EXECUTIVE

Could be another issue with people concerned about 2014 and a run on guns. But I'm seeing full shelves at all the places I've been to.

I was on delay from December of 2012 til February or so of 2013. Not sure why being on delay would prohibit your shop from showing you a firearm.

Why is that an issue at all?

DOJ tells them to assume you're prohibited when you're on delay, guilty until proven innocent.

actually all the DOJ says is to not release the firearm until they DOJ says other wise. The Gunshop doesnt know why you are delayed they just know you are delayed. Delayed is usually something relatively small its when you are denied that its an issue.

That's all the delay letter says, however the DOJ dictates to the FFL how to conduct business. They use strong arm intimidation tactics to get compliance. FFLs are scared the DOJ will pull their license.
