Heading out to Vegas I pulled over to try out my 91/30. I was shooting a Pepsi bottle from about pistol distance and the sun was setting. I shot high and to the left and was met with an explosion that lit up the hillside an boomed in my chest. I have no idea wtf someone left on the hillside but it went boom. It reminded me of saving private Ryan when Tom hanks shoots the tank with his .45 and it exploded. Scared the hell out of me. So people if you shoot at hodges remember to bring home your exploding targets.

2 liters So dont worry. I even take my trash with me. I like how people are more concerned about leaving a plastic bottle over accidentally and very randomly shooting some sort of ordinance. I think taking your explosives with you should be a priority over a plastic bottle.sigpicComment
