I've had excellent service from Springfield Armory. I bought a gun that, on their website offered some extras for free. I didn't get them in the box from the dealer, called Springfield and they sent the freebies out withou a lot of BS. Later I broke a grip screw and they sent me replacements at no cost. Not even for shipping.
      Sorry, not sorry.

I've had the best and the worst experience with Smith & Wesson; two separate occasions.

Apex Tactical customer service was great.

Springfield Armory went far beyond what was required on a worn out 1911 !

The Dillion folks also give great customer service, even repair/ replace items that broke through no fault of their own .

Ruger. I had a few small problems with a used pistol. They immediately sent repair parts for free. I'm impressed!

I know you're asking for good experiences, but.. What's up with COLT?
They take up to half a year to re-finish a gun, if they will even accept yours. If they are so backed up and that popular, why can't they hire more people? Don't understand this
