AK Builder/Gunsmith

If its covered somewhere on the forum I apologize, I tried searching but couldn't find the answer.

I'm looking for someone who can assemble an AK for me (for a fee of course). The receiver has a serial number and was transferred through an FFL so there's no issue with someone else building it. I've built lot's of 1911's and AR's but after watching an AK be assembled I'd rather leave to someone with experience.

There's a Gunsmith up in Folsom that builds AK's. I think his username is JKL Ent. Hear he does excellent work.
