since everybody is buying these black rifles and are afraid that these laws are going to be passed is it a good idea to just buy a handful of lowers before these laws change and just build them?? can they outlaw these accesories like uppers?? grips??and so on??

Laws involving "assault rifles" is in the clear for this season.
Only thing is long gun registration. starts jan1 2014.
And whatever this 'rebuild kit' law thing is..... That people are still trying to figure out....
Yes you can get all the lowers you want.
Yes you can get all the uppers and accessories you want.
You can get all the rebuilt kits you want until jan 1 2014.
Meaning.... stock up on lowers if you dont have enough already.
Worry about parts later.
