    That's cartoon level stupid right there. I'm still amazed that ANYONE thinks it's a good idea to look down the barrel of a gun to diagnose a misfire.
    It was not a threat. It was an exaggerated response to an uncompromising stance. I was taught never to make a threat unless you are prepared to carry it out and I am not a fan of carrying anything. Even watching other people carrying things makes me uncomfortable. Mainly because of the possibility they may ask me to help.

          No arbitrary slip of paper on earth would stop someone that dumb.

          Just like no 'carry permit' will stop criminals from carrying firearms. Or a restraining order will stop a determined attacker.

          All of these 'literary tests' and 'poll taxes' are a fuzzy blanket some *** licking politician came up with.

          By all means take the NRA basic safety class, but I wouldn't count on that weeding out people stupid enough to look down the barrel of a loaded gun.
