Yeah, how did the round go off anyway? His finger wasn't in the trigger guard. Can a hang fire go for that long? And the guy is wearing an orange vest; if he is that safety oriented, one might think he'd know not to look down the barrel.

He's a good actor though. It does look like he thinks he's keeping his brains from falling out.

Hangfires can definitely last that long. That's why when you pull the trigger and the round doesn't go off it's recommended you point the muzzle down range and wait around 15 seconds.

I was thinking it could have been a blank and then he later shot a hole through his hat but he already pulled the trigger and there didn't seem to be any cut in the tape form when he pulled the trigger and got shot. Plus the slow motion makes it pretty convincing.
