    63 semi-auto rifles missing

I think they left out the stolen part. So the lame stream propaganda machine exposes itself again with their double standards in reporting. I thought they were assault rifles and notice how they fail to mention that they were shipped from Colt. Oh yeah and how about the $800 a piece part. How long would the line of buyers be for $800 Colt rifles?

They did mention that the rifles are in fact AR-15's. I'd rather the media not refer to them as "assault rifles" or "assault weapons". The article also states that the rifles were stolen. I believe the "missing" part is a reference to the fact that the police do not know where they are.

It is possible that gun buyers may have unwittingly purchased one of the stolen AR-15s, Lt. Bill Rehak with the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s office said.

The ATF takes this stuff seriously.
They have for many years way before all the anti gun bashers or Obama came into power.
I had a friend who worked at a local sporting goods distributor and if a gun went missing everyone employed there got interviewed by ATF.
I have another friend that was in receiving department for Home Depot that received a crate of Beretta hand guns by mistake and the ATF again interviewed every one there even though it was a simple shipping error.

So, when the government reports that their AR-15s are stolen/missing, they refer to them as "Personal Defense Weapons". When civilians report their AR15s and such stolen or missing, the government calls them "Assault Weapons"...

At this point, blatant defiance of the law, a life of crime and even Anarchy are starting to become more and more attractive the more I keep seeing stuff like this.

I see nothing in the article indicating that these were being shipped to the government. Judging by the price I'd say they were most likely S&W M&P-15 rifles en-route to a gun store.
