Question re: value of a Noveske lower

I came across 2 lowers that someone is selling and trying to determine if they are charging a fair price. I bought a handguard from the guy and I know he charged me a very fair price for it so my hope is and I suspect that these lowers are also a good deal but would like to confirm.

Noveske chainsaw complete lower - $450
Noveske 1st quality (non blemished as I understand it) - $500
The Noveske lowers both have VLTOR EMod stocks.
They both have Magpul Moe grips and Noveske QD end plates.

    Is this a fair price?

Are these Gen 2 lowers? Emod stocks are about 120 bux. A good quality LPK is about $60, a good quality receiver extension and buffer/spring is another $70. And the end plate is $25.

Those are good prices if they are Gen 2 lowers. If they are standard lowers then its not a very good price, IMO.

seems overpriced to me but may be the going price if you have to back order from Noveske

and may be worth it if John Noveske touched these himself

Overpriced. Don't ever pay retail price to a private party, that's just stupid. For common items I would only go private party if the savings are 20% or more.

Even though MOST lowers are basically the same some people pay more for certain high end manufacturers NAME like Noveske, Larue, etc.

Spend your money how you want.

Noveske?! That's too much! I'd rather get a Daniel Defense at that price. My co worker told me Daniel Defense is top of the line. /sarcasm

Personally, I agree with JackRydden224. Unless you really want it and can't find it for lower.
