question on selling mag rebuild kits via mail

i'm just asking because i'm a crap magnet when it comes to getting pinched on chickens%@t laws.
here are some examples of whats on my wrap sheet:
*16 years old i fastened two pieces of a broom stick with chain in wood shop & they collared me with a felony for having nun chucks.
i didn't use them on anybody, just possession.

*18 years old i had my unloaded legal pistol & a box of ammo in the locked trunk of my jeep & L.A. Sheriffs charged me with "having a loaded weapon in a vehicle" after they used a case of beer visible as probable cause to do a search.
i won't get into my run ins with our states beloved fish & game heroes.
anyway i'm just a little flinchy & ignorant & thought i would see what you guys had to say.
i sent them out after the buyer reassured me it's legal for now.

I'm a minor (17) and have purchased magazine rebuild kits before, nothing wrong or illegal about it.
And yes, you can own a pistol at age 18, but you cannot purchase one.
You must either manufacture one for personal use, or have a parent transfer one to you.
