    Wanna buy a shooting range?

I live in the East County of San Diego.
My father was looking into buying the Magnolia Indoor Shooting Range http://www.americanmarksman.com/
Its currently for sale including inventory. Anyone looking to invest and get unlimited range time out of it? (minimum investment $15,000) It could be the new mecca for OLL's!

Not holding my breath but it'd be cool!

Sounds pretty neat. If I were involved I would recommend changing the hours and seeing how business is with hours until 10pm. There's a lot of office worker types who can't go shooting and get any reasonable amount of time in unless the range is open later.

This could become a big hit with my demographic.

You don't want to buy an indoor range, believe me. And I seriously doubt the real estate is included, you would probably have to take over or work out a new lease.

Is there a reason not to buy/build an indoor range? Are they a big pain in the a** or something?

Low profit margins, lots of regulations, can be dangerous, like running a gunshop but worse with more headaches.

if the range was in the bay area i'd do it depending on what id get back besides unlimited range time.
