Salt Lake City has two gazillion gun shops. A Cabelas and a Sportsmans Warehouse

Every Walmart in NV and UT has guns. The Ammo Frenzy is not as bad as it was 6 months ago


I have found that some folks don't care much for Californians and it might be a good idea to mention it.


If it meets your schedule, the Big Reno Gun Show is a must see. Everyone should go once in their life. It's Big. Stay at the Grand Sierra, drink, gamble, eat, etc. Go to the Gun Show in the AM.

Be wary. There have been reports of CA DOJ secret agents infesting the Reno Show trying to make illegal gun sales to CA residents or to follow you home after you buy standard (high) capacity magazines and bust you for importing evil magazines.
