How long do you think before ebay spots these 'AR-15 Boxes'?

Smart, he did it in EBay Motors.
Looks like he's done it before too...

He'll probably go all the way at this point.

Hell, if you're going to buck the rules at EBay why care at all about where you send them. Just put "Know Your Gun Laws" and leave it at that. I know greaking rules is different thatn breaking laws, but who in CA or HI is going to track you down in AZ?

Given ebay's hostile attitude toward gun owners, I have no idea why people continue to support their business and attempt sell gun parts on their site?

I see where you are coming from, however, sometimes you get better deals there than anywhere else..

Do a search on a 1919 belt loader, guy has one with a buy now for 1800. Am watching that one as I am sitting on two myself. One is enough I think.

That's why people buck the system, you can reach a boatload more people than on Gunbroker.

Because bucking the rules on Ebay isn't a felony?

Well.... depending on how this case turns out, it very well could be. The whole crux of the prosecution is that violating the myspace terms of use agreement = unauthorized use of protected computers (i.e. hacking). If the prosecution is successful in this case, its not to much of a leap to charge that knowingly selling gun parts on ebay in violation of thier terms of use = unauthorized use of protected computers = felony.... (especially if said parts were bought by someone who later goes on a killing spree ala VT shooter).
