I had one of these when I was a kid, not nearly this cool though. I had a new Ruger 10/22 wooden stock take-off that I was about to toss in the trash can. Instead my six year old step son and I made a pretty sweet rubber band gun. It was a fun afternoon project. He really got a kick out of spray painting the woodland camo. I slapped on some cheap Chinese parts for fun. This should get him started with some backyard fun until he's mature enough to handle the real 10/22 I'm building him (work in progress, see below).
