Cow Palace Show good for OLL stuff?

I haven't been to one in a while...don't want to waste my time if it's anything like the SJ show.

I bought my pistol grip and 6 position stock at the last one. The prices on LPK's were way to high. And you probably won't see any uppers there either. I only saw 1 or 2 last time.

It is a lot better than the SJ show, but nowhere as good as in the free states.

My gun show is my computer. I can get everything I want at a better price. Unless you like collecting knives and jewelry I wouldn't waist my cash.

+1 on that. Plus, it kinda helps that I am no where near any of the gun shows. *shrugs*

.... good if you're into picking up some jerky and beanie babies. Maybe Miwall will be there with some .308 waiting for me

I wouldn't waist my time or cash if I were you. You'd be better off looking for stuff online.

I was at the last CowPalace show in Feb. There wasn't much OLL stuff. I second the opinion that you should just shop online, much better pricing. I only go to the gun shows if I need ammo since a ticket is cheaper than paying for shipping.

How is that particular show location for bulk ammo and reloading components? Always meant to travel up there to check it out, but a scouting report would be welcome.

The Cow Palace show is my primary source for primer, powder, and bullets.

The Miwall table at the far left end. Prices close to, or the same as internet, but they only charge sales, tax, not shipping, and no HAZ-MAT fee.

Miwall ammo is what you go to the SF show for. Sometimes some rare accessories. It can be a really decent show or a really crappy one, depending on how many other shows in California are open the same weekend.

i have a co-worker that sells some stuff at the shows, and he's been ordering some uppers and parts from del-ton and maparts... i'll ask him tomorrow if he'll be selling some of them at the show.

So their ammo pricing is similar to online prices, sans the shipping costs?
