I went through the video with my finger on the pause button about 3 dozen times, and still could not capture a still view of whatever it was that went flying to identify it.

Any word on what it was that they were blowing up, or what that was that went flying? (eta: followed back to LiveLeak, appliance is identified as a microwave... still no clue what part of it went flying)
