Steyr M40

Cal Gunners,

I may have an opportunity to purchase a Steyr m-40 with 10 round mags, but it would be an out of state transfer. The DOJ web site, is, well typical of a government site in that it is not useful at all.

Is this weapon legal to purchase and have shipped to an FFL in Ca?

Please Advise, any relevant information is welcome.

It is off roster, so will have to find a FFL that will SSE it.
