I hope to never see this in America.......

I hope to never see this image in America:

I bet these *******s feel real good about themselves. They just disarmed an average man who chose to take arms because of the insecurity in his community. Mexican .gov argues that security is their job, even thought they suck at it, are corrupt, or they are overwhelmed by criminals. I hope this never happens here in America.

This is what is going on south of the border in central Mexico(video in ENGLISH), brought to you by Al Jazeera:

So far these are the only videos I have been able to find in English. In short, civilian militia groups have done much better progress in 6 months than the Mexican federal government has been able to do in that particular region in over a decade, .gov forces have had the audacity to say it was thanks to them that these cartels have disappeared in the region.

Yea, guns in the hands of civilians are very bad.......

Think about what you watch "think" many don't think anymore. ! man with a gun. with no body to help. yes it will happen here. The people who will try to disarm you are the ex military people the government have been hiring. If you believe any different rewatch the videos. I am reminded of this video,

California's politicians and unionized government employees are a crime gang that makes the Mexican drug cartels look like a Girl Scout Troop in comparison.

If every single citizen doesnt arm themselves and stand up to these cartels, the cartels will just hunt down these groups and torture them and kill them.

I do admire these individuals for standing up to the cartels though. Someones got to do it and the Marines havent seemed to make much difference.

They cut off one head but 10 new heads spring up in its place...More citizens need to rise up!! The cartels are kidnapping brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, cousins, FRIENDS even old ladies and children of suspected rival cartel members, even the lowly money transporters and individual minor sellers and torturing them and killing them, in the most brutal of ways. They also have roaming gun battles in SUV's that last hours, using grenades and machine guns, killing many in the process.

Sad thing is, is the Knights Templar are one of the "nicer" cartels...lol

Job security. If the people are able to stop crime on their own, those troops/federales would be out of a job. Also, a scared population is easy to control. The druglords and politicians have more in common with eachother than they do the people. After confiscation, those guns will be sold to the druglords for a nice profit.

These citizen militias are probably best off taking care of their corrupt government first and then going after the cartels. They will not be able to fight back against the cartels so long as they current government in Mexico is around.

Even that I applaud citizens being armed and organized to fight certain criminal groups, I have some questions regarding their origins and actual autonomy, specially looking at the pictures here

Those guys on the pictures on the left don't look like just regular citizens, their stance is of a trained fighter. Are they military trained, cartel trained or citizens who watched way too much TV?

Associating citizen militias to rival cartels is the most common way the Mx .gov and rival cartels use to discredit them.

I wouldn't doubt that they have had retired soldiers do a little training.

City cops are really clumsy, don't have a lot of tactical training. Most cartel hitman barely know how to reload their firearms. The fact of the matter is most cartel slayings are done to unarmed rivals or unarmed people in general. It's real easy for thugs to act tough when their victims are helpless and unable to retaliate.

Those pics are pretty cool thanks for sharing.
