I dont have one. Yet, but from what I researched, build your own if possible. Its more personal and you picked the parts. Milled receiver, not stamped. Chrome lined barrels. -

Even though I own a good one, stay away from Inter Ordnance. Century has a bad rap too. I have gathered parts for a Romy G build, and it's cost WAY more than the $500 I paid for my IO CASAR.Comment

After quite a bit of research I am buying a zastava o-pap from atlantic.
For a variety of reasons it is my choice
Heavier duty receiver. Dbl stack mag capable, and quite a good reputation.
That said, spending a bit of time on the AK Files should help more than the input here.

All i got to say is not all AK are equal. I like Arsenal because they are 100% new and the parts are original. Not like some other brands where some parts are from different AKs. Here's good video on choosing one.

Here's another way at looking at the detail quality of AKs. Again, not all aks are equal! The devil is in the detail.
