New Laws Magazine Post-Ban

Not sure if this should have gone in 2A forum or here, if I am wrong, sorry.

I looked around and didn't see this question addressed.

I know that SB374 would ban semiautomatic rifles with detachable magazines, but it doesn't mention banning the creation of the actual magazines.

I own a 3d printer and was wondering if, ASSUMING every one of the new laws passes, it would still be legal to create 10 round magazines in the state. Would it fall under the mag kit law?

SB374, if signed by JB, does not directly ban possession of semi-auto rifles. It only bans the future sale/transfer of said rifles. 10 round mags will still be available. There was another bill that would have banned possession of anything over 10 rounds, including 10/20's and 10/30's, but I believe that one has been scrapped for now.
