As with any "deal" there is always that "uh huh" moment right. That special little "did you know."
Well I inquired about an expansive piece of property in NV, its closer to me then one's I own already, and that appealed to me. Its also got some farming opportunity to it - nice. Its really really cheap - which raises more than the eye brows in "whats' up."
What is up is simple. Its a 40 acre square, next to that is another 40 acre square owned by the Govt (BLM) which is unusual for BLM squares at 40 acres from what I've seen but its so noted. The next 40 acre square once removed from this cheap property is a public range - particularly a trap range. Its on the opposite side of that 40 acres so I'm guessing its a good 2400 linear feet from the "edge" of the cheap poperty for sale.
Too close for comfort? Filled with lead? Not?
