They got it wrong. In the hands of police it's a semi-automatic rifle. In the hands of a civilian it's an assault rifle.

This also backs reports from potential victim feedback- He was a bad shot. If he was familiar with the weapon(s) he could have caused more bloodshot.

He was Navy Reserve. He knew how to use an M-16.

I guess ole teleprompter in chief won't be claiming this guy as someone that could be his son. And Uncle Joe's shotgun advice is a little embarrassing now.

But what gets me, this guy has two prior gun arrests - how did he ever get a job on base? Are you telling me that the federal gov't wasn't able to run a background check?
