Commander in Chief not taking responsibility for lack of readiness on of the military installation in his chain of command. This isnt a armed civilian gun problem, this is a military security readiness problem. Complacincy years after 9/11 is what made a lot more people dead today then what needed to be given the situation. Heard he got the rifle off security and only entered with shotgun and pistol.
