I wish I could think fast. Unfortunately, I'll have a situation, then once its over ill run it over and over in my head, and how I could have reacted. I guess it's just how I react....it helps me in the long run because now I feel like I've gone through the situation over and over with different outcomes. Next time that happens, I'll have some more ammo...no pun.

Maybe so, BUT, the possibility that others witnessed the exchange and were negatively affected by it is real.

I'm pretty sure I've never won an argument being verbally aggressive & rude. I have however been complimented several times for my calm demeanor in tense situations & with aggressive individuals.

I understand the anger that wells within one's soul when having to deal with these mental midgets, believe me. But we will never win the battle or the war when we engage them in this way.
