What are you doing in terms of range time before the class?
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
          (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

I've seen some classes spend some time zeroing in the sights that you have (optics or irons), as its part of the the course education.

Do you also do this at Front Sight? Or are you supposed to have everything dialed in before taking one of their courses?

The beginner classes spend time on zeroing. I.E. 2/4 Day Practical Rifle. It's part of the course.

Never take courses with brand new equipment. Take them to the range as often as possible before you go for a thorough shake down. A few years ago, my brand new mags did not fit my AK so I lost precious sleep time filing them down with a swiss army knife while my brother snored away.

Did the 4 day Defensive Handgun, loved it. Top notch training. Definitely better than other local training courses I've taken here in OC and San Diego.

We did the 4DDH last December. Used phone to record videos & picts. No one said not to

I want to go out to do the rifles too, I can change out the BB with the regular mag release but where are you getting standard cap mags from? What do you do with them after the course?

                        Thanks
