Sounds extremely frustrating though, specially since it was all on the phone and no face to face interactions (maybe it was safer for him that it was through the phone haha) sucks you had to wait that long and ended up paying double then what you started from!

I am sure he would have been nicer face to face. I worked in the furniture business and was constantly badgered by a guy in LA he thought it was funny to misspell my last name. Juvenile humor I last suffered in the 3rd grade.

Fast forward to a big trade show the next year. I walked up to his booth read his name tag and gave him the death glare. He looked at me like WTF?m Then he noticed my name tag. I am 6'3 280LB and not out of shape (at the time, LOL) I have never heard a man sound more like a girl in my life. Worth the flight to LA I tell you!

My size has never mattered to me it is how you are as a man that always matters more. I hate dishonesty, that is what riles me most with ATI. Tell me I have to wait 3 months and dont lie to me. Dont say what I want to hear just to get me off the phone. BE A MAN!

Yeah, very annoying when you get something that might aswell be a manufacturer defect but they question you like you're trying to scam them for the very same product you already bought, and im the same way, hate playing games just be straight forward with me!
