How long before I cancel?

I found some Crimson Trace grips on Gunbroker at a pretty good price so I just bought them, no bidding.( In Michigan i think) I placed the order on Thursday night, received an E-mail Friday morning concerning payment. I sent the guy all the credit card info.
After one week, I emailed the guy asking about a tracking number. He just responded " They're in the mail" Now it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received them. If I don't get them on Monday, I'm thinking about calling my credit card company. Am I jumping the gun?

I would ask the seller for specifics including when it was shipped and how. Tell him if you don't have them by Friday you will file a dispute with your cc company.

Negative. Contact him asap. Tell him no tracking number, you file with your cc company. Dont wait. Two weeks is long enough. I've learned the hard way with a vendor on this board that the longer you wait, the more money you lose.
