Which ones should i go with.
On the H&K webstore they have two choices when it comes to rear sights and there prices differ.
A rotary diopter rear drum sight, i have one of these on my SIG 556 classic and really like it.
The other choice is the quick change rear sight with a 2mm sight hole the sight flips up and sits very low on the rail when not in use. Other than it sits low on the rail so you can mount a scope over it, is this sight a better choice when it comes to aiming.
With the rotary diopter drum sight you have 4 quick change sights in one unit, but is it less accurate to use at greater distances.
So what are the benefits compared to each other.
For the front sight i am going with the flip up sight vs the rail mounted front diopter sight.
I am not interested in different manufactures sights just which H&K sight i should go with. This is for the MR762 rifle.
A scope will have to wait for now.
