    Wild Bill holster

Does anyone here have experience with the Covert Carry holster from Wild Bill?
I saw one at a recent show and it caught my attention because of the design that allows you to carry it inside and outside the waistband. What I really liked and didn't see in any other CCW holster was how the loop part is split off from the holster for about 1", allowing me to wear it on my pants waistband and tuck my shirt into the waistband a little to hide the holster. I wouldn't have to wear a vest or jacket or have my shirt hanging out to hide the holster. The only thing that kept me from buying it at the show was the stitching. I worry about how well the holster would hold up to regular use.
    thanks.

I'd get one of these from Tim. I own multiple holsters from him. I like the reinforced mouth personally, even if it adds a bit of thickness.

He bones very tightly, so expect to have 2x plastic bags + gun shoved into the holster for a week or so. I'd start with one bag, go with 2 if it's really, really tight.

Having owned, carried, worn, tested over 100 holsters, I find his leather work to be the best as far as functionality is concerned. Look good too. I like Kramer as well for function and they exceed Tim's stuff for durability, but not as big a fan of their designs or aesthetics.

Milt Sparks makes good holsters, but they're overrated IMO. The price is fair for the quality, but I wouldn't wait 6 months for them.

Galco/Desantis are great for occasional use, but in daily carry, they're done after 3-5 years. In Florida a very fat, very, VERY sweaty friend of mine destroys holsters (and rusts guns). He either runs kydex or rotates leather. He can leave a Galco soft and mushy in less than a year. Stainless steel rusts even with a coating of oil on all parts. He carries an M&P compact now with no issues.
