    Dillon Reloading Cartridge Counter

Has anyone ever set one of these up?
Do they work or is it a waste of time?

I got 2 with my 550 i bought on ebay and i called dillon to ask and they said they are stupid and are very hard to get to work and only made for a short time.

If i don't use them, i plan to sell them on ebay or if anyone around here is looking for one, let me know

I don't see why anybody would have a need for one.

Primer tubes get filled exactly 100 at a time, bullets come in boxes of 500; how can anybody have difficulty figuring out how many rounds they loaded?

I don't see a need for one either, but not for those reasons.

This weekend for example, I filled up 6 primer tubes with the RF-100, loaded 1 tube into the 650, and started.. I continually reloaded the primers into the 650 before it runs out, and took a break and operated the RF-100 when I got to the buzzer and no more loaded tubes were ready. I ended up at 1200 rounds of .45, and 800 rounds of .40.

I always inspect after and almost always have a couple with reversed primers (this time, 3 .45's and 2 .40's, I need to get better at adjusting the RF-100). I box them in the plastic boxes that Midway sells, 50 rounds each. I just take the count at the end with the boxed ammo.

All I've ever read was people having troubles with the counters, I'd sell them on ebay.
