Dam banks, need to arm the employees. You come in with a note, gun bat etc and demand money your domed on the spot.

That has always been a scary scenario for me.
My wife is a banker and has been present during several robberies.
Thankfully she is no longer in a bank branch and is in a downtown office complex, but I will tell you she says it is very frightening when armed men jump the counter.
