Although I doubt DD would be happy to find a retailer listing products as DD uppers when they clearly aren't.

I think the biggest thing is warrenty. If people think they are buying DD then they think they have a warranty with them. That would really piss the customer and DD off is when one of these uppers get sent to them for repairs and its not covered because they did not make it.
