    Do FFLs actually pay a dros fee for filing paperwork??? Ive seen some listed at $15-25-35???

    I think $25 goes to the state, anything more is what they make on the paperwork.

      yes, every time a DROS is submitted through the computer it costs the dealer $25. It doesnt matter if the person passes or not.

      $35 is the maximum amount that a dealer in CA can charge for a person to person transfer of a firearm.

      They can charge whatever they like for regular transfers.

          Yep, everytime. If I screw up your DROS and put you are a citizen and you really are a resident alien, $25 down the drain.

          If you get denied for any reason, $25 to the state.
