I ran across this bit of news... it's appalling but it seems that our government wants to head in this direction... extremists in a country where weapons are banned and because knives are the weapon of choice these days, they may be next...(?)

Yep. We're going that direction because everyone wants to be politically correct to avoid offending someone that they don't know on the street.

Basically it is part of the long game of those socialistic minded collectivists who feel empowered that their values are the rule, and a gun owner's values are not. The "gun grabbers" are out to change the minds of people over a generation, such that through media and control of it by these type of rules, firearms and ownership of firearms will be looked at as wrong, tacitly criminal, and associated as "evil" (lack of a better term right now).

It's a "cultural revolution" of sorts in attempting to smear, smite, and lie to control the idea of the individual right to firearms that over generations will slowly progress a cause of removing this right and liberty from people.

this is rediculous. pure and simple. Everyone thinks that guns are the root of all evil now, they are just machines. I had to talk to my principle in high school cause my hippy art teacher thought i was gonna shoot up the place-i made a collage of the war in iraq-apparently that means im a crazy nutcase that gonna shoot up the place...

I can't believe that. So they never watched transformer the movie or when it was a cartoon. I guess there government will start cutting off peoples hands for just portraying a gun with a hand. I know a little extreme.
