    Another gun broker rant.

So I was about to bid on my item. Then I noticed it said " minimum bid 795$" which is the same as the buy it now price WTF is wrong with some of these sellers? How is that even a auction?

I saw some other items starting at .01 cents. That seems reasonable and people are bidding. Was the seller who listed it at the same as the " buy it" now price testing the waters? It says no reserve yet...

Did you try emailing the seller to see if they made a mistake in the listing? I've used online auctions over the years and occasionally find errors in the pricing. Just a thought............

Support you local gunship if a all possible, email the seller to see if it was a misprint or that's what he wants.

This. The seller simply wants $795 for his stuff and will not take less.

It's cool. The auction ended, he ended up getting nothing. Oh well, onto the next I saw him repost it again !

If you want to offer him less, send him an email with your offer.

I always find it amusing to see a "no reserve" listed on an item, but the bidding starts at a couple bucks less than the buy it now. Why bother...

There are much better places to buy firearms than GB.

I stay away from stuff with a reserve on gb, most times they don't get what they want and just repost it at the same price until somebody does buy it.

It is most likely done that way so when potential bidders are narrowing there search options it will still show on 'auction only' and 'buy it now' depending. Still feel your pain though. Just a thought.
