    Mil Comm and Slide Glide

Frog Lube is almost done and I've been looking around to see what I should try next. Prior to Frog Lube I used to use Hoppe's #9 and oil.

I came across a lot of different products but the one that got my interest to try out is Mil Comm (cleaner, grease, and oil). Also considering getting some slide glide. I found few old reviews on other forums but want to see what you guess thought about these products here.

I'll be using the product on sigs, glocks, AR, AK, pump shotgun and couple of 1911's that are coming out of jail by the end of this week.

    Slip2000 EWL
    and Super Lube Grease.

Why are you done with frog Lube?
Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you,
Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
One died for your soul; the other for your freedom.

Frog Lube is running low. Its either get more froglube or give something new a try. I ended up ordering the Mil comm grease, oil, and cleaner also ordered the slid glide and see how it is. I'll try the slip2000 next I read a lot of good stuff on that also.

Make sure you thoroughly clean off the FL with a solvent before applying a new CLP. Let us know how it goes. I use FrogLube exclusively but I'm open to hearing your experiences.

Ever since I bought my first gun, I've been cleaning with CLP then lubing with Slide Glide Medium Viscosity. Stays put and works great.

            Rotella 5w-40.

It survives my turbo (120,000 rpms and upwards of 1300 F) ... and it survives my guns. You can actually put in inside the AR BCG... after a magazine or two, it's still wet. I like that idea. Keeps the black stuff solute in a fluid instead of forming a crust.

For more viscosity- try Pyrolube from Kano Labs. It remains "grease" up to 1800F. Downside- you have to buy a gallon. It's about $100.

Sierra Arms in Modesto keeps it on hand and will fill your container for a reasonable price.
