      Welcome!

Where is the "use the search function" police? Probably won't get that today since everyone will be nice

Haha! I was waiting for them to pop up too! Pure comedy.

SWalt pretty much nailed it. Get your long guns now, before the end of the year. Handguns after that. Start with .22 to learn the basic fundamentals and work your way up from there. Have fun, be safe, learn the crazy laws, and keep asking questions; it's the best way to learn.

        Welcome to Calguns!

Step 1. Learn how to safely handle a firearm for a friend , or take a class on how to do it.

Step 2. Get your HSC out of the way.

Step 3. Go to a range that offers Rental Firearms. Shoot some.

          Step 4. Shop.

Step 5. Pick your new firearm out and start your DROS process.

Step 6. Wait 10 days, make at least 3 threads on Calguns about how much it sucks and how time could possibly go so slow.

Step 7. Pick up your new firearm up and take it to the range.

Step 8. Be safe and have fun.
