    2014 Semiauto registration

When we register our semiautos with detachable magazines next year, does that mean we can remove the BB and shoot them just like all the other RAWs from the early '90s?

NOPE. We register ALL guns now. Long guns, 22's, shotguns, semi, bolt or single shot.

Has a bill been made law yet that I'm not aware of?

If you can cite a law which requires registration of guns you already possess, I'll read it and give you an answer. The only problem is that there is no law in place that yet.

Once the law passes, you'll get the deadline date.

You'll get nothing in the mail, if the new RAW registration is like the one with the 2001 deadline.

What you will get is a place on the confiscation list.

I don't believe it will come forth, besides why worry?

Sorry, referring to SB 374. Not signed to law...yet.

I hear that next year there will be a bill proposed to require the registration of all rocks which could be thrown.

If you're referring to the current long gun registration that goes into effect next year, and was already signed by Brown it covers only new purchases. I am not sure how it will effect (if at all) home builds.

Not that I'm for registration - but handguns are already registered. They haven't come knocking on my door for them yet. In fact, they were even kind enough to let me get a CCW permit and carry them.
