    Magazine question

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have 3 pre-ban, normal capacity mags from a beretta 92 I owned before the original Clinton ban. I sold that gun but kept the spare mags, which again, were legally acquired before the ban. If I buy a new 92, can I legally use those pre-ban mags in the newer gun? Can someone point me to the legislation with the proper verbiage if it exists.

    Thanks.

And yes, you can. There is no legislation that says you can, because that's not how laws work.

OP, it's all right there in the link that merc listed. You're good to go in your situation described.

Thanks guys. I knew I had read it somewhere before but was having trouble finding it. Now it'll be listed under my "statistics" for future reference.

I've herd that you can but only if you can provide proof that you bought them before the ban.
