Didn't this protest happen a while ago? Anyone have an exact date?

I saw a similar video on a protest like this (could've been the same protest) a few months ago. It was put on by the NRA, IIRC. Seing it brought me hope for the British, but at the same time I can't help but be skeptical as to the size and impact that the protest had. Seemed like this protest didn't make any waves in the American mainstream media. Obviously not too surprising, but it still makes me wonder.

The video linked to in this topic mentioned that the protest was "the largest peaceful protest in British history." Is that really true, I wonder? Pretty impressive if it was.

Looks like the future of California then the United States except there will be more like Tony Martin. Crime rate will sky rocket if this ever happen.

It warms my heart to see these people fighting for their fundamental rights. It's great to see that in spite of all of the freedom-eroding laws that have passed in Britain, there still live a good number of sensible men and women who realize how important their rights are. But at the same time, I am angered by the fact that many people actually support such a disturbingly flawed justice system that is littered with so many insane laws. I'm sure everyone here knows that we here in the US could very easily land in the same boat as these British if we allow our lawmakers to get away with all of the garbage legislation that they propose.
