I wanted to give Sandy and Steven props on their facility and training- Artemis in OC/Lake Forest.
I went through an hour of scenarios and training in the 300 simulator and it was a blast! I found that my training and skills are mostly based on static shooting with no one shooting back at me. All that changed yesterday and I learned a new level of stress (you should use the zapper that... gently... notifies you that you have been shot).
My wife has actually started attending first with a Krav Maga/Artemis seminar, as they have specific courses and seminars for the ladies, and she is really enjoying it.
If any of the ladies want to find out more or just to gain a womans perspective, pm me and my wife will gladly share her feedback.
I am not tied to these folks, I just would like to see them grow and thrive, and I think we all can benefit from as many methods of training as possible.
