I know I am often unable to answer all incoming calls, then am unable to respond to all voice-mails; **** happens, especially on days like today.

Given your previous conversation, I would have driven over there as soon as I found the delivery confirmation. Probably too late today; are they normally 'Open for Business' this late, or on Saturdays?

Are ey unavailable due to the holiday week? Maybe they are out of town for the holiday. Have you driven by their place to see if there is a sign indicating the possibility that they took the holiday week off?

You have he proof that they are your guns so I would wait out until Monday (I know that is easier said than done) and then try to get a hold of them.

thanks Burbur. I did drive down but no one was there. Was frustrating as I left multiple messages. bad timing I guess...but they did reach out a little while ago and will be picking up tomorrow.

Thanks newshooter. They supposed to be open today, but illness prevailed. They reached out a little earlier and sched a pickup time.
