I know someone who ordered several magazines from them approximately 3 months ago and they received them in about a week. Unfortunately this was not my experience.

- I ordered magazines on September 13
- I received a shipping notice on October 1
- October 8, still no magazines and USPS says they only received notice of an intention to ship, no actual product.

Yesterday they had a full voicemailbox. Today you can leave a message. Either way, no one picks up the phone (about 12 attempts at different times throughout the day so far). I sent an email yesterday and left them voicemail today and I'm hoping for some kind of response soon.

I've been waiting since 9/13 as well. One confirmation email so far. I've sent multiple emails trying to cancel, etc., with no response.

My credit card makes me wait 30 days before filing for a chargeback. I will be doing that in a few days.

So yesterday I come home from work and lo and behold there is a package at my door. My magazines finally arrived. There was a hand-written note on the materials list apologizing for the amount of time it took and that a free sticker was enclosed. There was indeed a sticker.

Still never had any communication from HG; I didn't even know the package was coming. Last I checked the tracking info was Friday or Saturday. At least I got them!

I placed an order on 9/30/2013 and have not received any phone call returns or emails . They stay you can order and items in stock but no one or any tracking info? I believe this is a order now and if we can find some you are on a list BUT WE MUST HAVE MONEY UP FRONT! All I can find is Excuses ! They should if a real business take your order and DON"T HIT your credit card Until SHIPPED! THEY Pray on MEN'S dreams. DON't order from them!!

HALLELUAH! Mine came in a few days ago. More than 5 weeks after I ordered. They were cheap, you just have to wait a LONG TIME!

Action takenDO know is I will obviously not be tempting fate by trying to buy from them again, nor can I recommend anyone else buy from them. Caveat emptor applies in spades!

In the event anyone else is in my position, you might want to try using the BBB as I did. The process is simple and doesn't require a lot of time so even if nothing comes from it, no big deal.

FWIW, I had to do a charge-back on my credit card, and it turned out to be the easiest charge-back I'd ever done. My CC company told me that HG never even bothered to respond to them, so the charge-back was made and deemed final as a result.

I can also say that I'd have been willing to wait IF they had been up front about their shipping schedule instead of claiming delivery in 7 - 10 days on their website (that says everything is in stock). I wanted what I had ordered, but the outright LIES are what put me off the most.
