Bringing your .22's to target masters.....
When I am picking up ... er... let say ... brass that someone has been left, or hasn't been picked up quick enough to my likeing, sometimes I end up with .22 cases in the 9MM brass.
Now I am a cheapskate extraordnaire when it comes to scamming brass.
Why no .22's? Good question....
I was shooting IPSC up at Chabot today and one of our fellow shooters and CanGubs board member "Gose" wanted to load up some 9mm for the upcoming Golden Bullet. I said sure, come on over after the match and we can crank out 500 in an hour, no problem.
We got to about 300 and the press jammed up, Dillon Xl650. We took the EGW Undersize decap die out and cleaned out a .22 case, re-installed the die and it was still jammed. We took out the die a second and third time and found a second .22 case stuck underneath the first stuck case. Lost about 20 minutes....Never had this happen before , let alone two times in a row...
I am just busting your chops. I had a great day at the match, had a great time loading some secret recipe 9MM's with a friend and still got to log on to CalGuns for a short time.....
Life is good....
