No, but you have to love a company that sells 95% completed 80% lowers

I would say to stay FAR away, even if the quality was top notch. Selling an 80% lower that's 95% complete without a DROS is a technical detail that could get someone some jail time.War is when your Government tells you who the enemy is......
Revolution is when you figure it out for yourself.Comment

Thats not anymore complete then what being sold as 80% now. Read the details of completed parts and look at the pictures.Comment

I have a couple ASA 95% receivers in the marketplace:
The rear lug pocket is what makes it 15% more complete. The CBarms site says it also machines the lug pocket, but the pictures don't show any machined pocket there.Member: NRA, FPC, NAGR, 2AF, BHAComment

This what he said about using 7050 t7 aluminum billit .it does seem a markety( bad English lol). what do u guys think?
There are some additional properties that the 7050 has over the 7075 in fracture strength. Currently the aerospace industry is using 7050 T7 to make aircraft wings, the reason is because 7050 T7 because of its combination of strength , resistance to stress corrosion cracking and toughness makes it the premiere choice. One could argue that some values of the 7075 T6 is stronger, however it is more likely to crack and will corrode much easier, which is why the aerospace industry is making wings out of 7050 T7 not 7075 T6. Custom Built Arms like Boeing has made the same choice to use 7050 T7 aluminum for our 95% Billet Lowersigpic

And this is the response i got:
As for ATF designation letter we are using current standards in existing 80% lowers that are 95% complete. ATF clearly states that as long as no machining is completed in the fire control recess area even if all other maching is completed it is not considered a firearm.
Our 80 lowers are not considered a firearm and do not require an FFL.
