Hey guys,
I was just thinking about AIWB last night and I was thinking about ways to make it safer to reholster. Now I just want to clarify, this idea isnt something to completely skip every other safety check you should do but this is sort of like riding the hammer. i couldnt think this wouldnt work but thats why i wanted to throw this out to you guys and get some input. particularly for striker fired pistols, what if when you reholster the gun, you insert your finger BEHIND the trigger so that IF for some reason the trigger snags on something, there would be no way of the trigger pulling back because the tip of your finger is in the way. now once your finger touches your holster you can safely remove it and finish holstering the gun. is it stupid? is it crazy?
